Getting Started

Underground War 2.0 is a free Roblox 6v6 by capserg (place 9791603388). You spawn as an R6 avatar on a split fortress map, get a sniper, a sword, and a shovel, and fight until one team’s point bar wins the round. VIP servers are off, so every queue is a public 12-player match. This page is the first hour: join, pick a team, redeem 360K, learn the HUD, cut a tunnel, buy one upgrade, and attempt a flag. The full round loop lives in How to Play. Bindings live in Controls.

Join, pick a team, redeem 360K

Open the experience from Roblox, wait for a server under the 12-player cap, and pick Red or Blue. You spawn on that color’s fortress half, with your flag behind you and the dirt mass between you and the other six players. There is no private lobby to practice in.

Before you dig, look at the left HUD for Codes. Enter 360K — the working like-milestone string as of September 2026 — and claim the Cash plus potion. Exact redeem clicks sit on the codes hub. Do this on the first life. Cash spends on sword damage, gun cooldown, shovel speed, and First Aid heal speed, so a free dump on minute one is the only “head start” the game hands you.

Learn the HUD before the first tunnel

Four tools sit on the hotbar. Slot 1 is the sniper (semi-auto, a cooldown after each shot). Slot 2 is the sword. Slot 3 is the shovel; it auto-digs when you stand next to dirt, so you do not mash click to mine. Slot 4 is the rocket launcher only if you own gamepass 49150929 (350 Robux). If you do not own it, ignore slot 4.

Two HUD actions matter as much as the hotbar. First Aid is a once-per-life heal; heal speed is the upgrade, not extra charges. NUKE is both a HUD control and a physical object at map center. You cannot launch it until the team’s unpublished point threshold is met — do not stand on the nuke in your first ten minutes expecting a button to light up. Points and Cash tick at the top of the screen when you break dirt, get a kill, or return a flag.

If the camera fights you while aiming the sniper, turn on Shift Lock from Roblox’s menu. Details and the mobile layout are on the controls page. Do not hunt for an official in-game control card; capserg did not publish one.

First tunnels

Switch to the shovel and walk into the dirt. The blade chews automatically. Your job in the first minutes is a path, not a quarry. Aim toward the enemy half, keep the ceiling high enough to walk, and leave one wall of dirt on your flank so a sniper on the surface cannot look straight down your spine. The four surface holes near each flagpole (center, left-middle, top-left, top-right) are faster than a fresh tunnel but they are also camped. Use them once you can win a sword fight at the lip.

Dirt is worth points as well as movement. NamuWiki’s table is two dirt blocks = 1 point and $1. Sportskeeda describes the same loop as 1 point per wall with a brown outline. Either way, early digging funds the first upgrade without a fight. Stop farming outlines once a real lane exists; a flag is fifty points and a kill is seven. The digging guide covers bait holes and rocket-sized bites (−5 durability versus −1 from shovel, sword, or gun).

First upgrades

Open the upgrade panel with the Cash from 360K plus whatever dirt you broke. Spend on one line first. New players who split Cash across sword, gun, shovel, and First Aid stay two-shot by anyone who stacked gun cooldown or sword damage. A simple first-hour rule: if you keep losing sword trades, buy sword damage; if you keep missing the second sniper shot because the gun is still recovering, buy gun cooldown; if you cannot reach the enemy flag before the dirt reseals your plan, buy shovel speed. First Aid heal speed can wait until you actually press the HUD button and watch the bar crawl.

The upgrade planner exists so you do not guess those four lines every round. The weapon tier list is the other check before you dump a second stack of Cash. Cosmetic shop skins do not change the 6v6; ignore them until the four upgrades are moving.

First flag attempt

Once you have a tunnel that opens near the enemy fortress, try one capture before you tilt into spawn camping. The steal is 50 points and $50 if you get the flag home. Pull the flag, keep the shovel off (you cannot dig and escort at the same time in any useful way), and have a teammate hold the tunnel mouth with a sword. Surface holes are shorter but they dump you into tower sniper angles. If you teleport, vault a wall, or sprint the flag at script speed, the anticheat kills you or strips your guns — that is not a “fast cap,” it is a throw. Read How to Capture the Flag before the second attempt.

Do not launch a nuke on hour one unless the HUD actually offers it. The threshold is unpublished; standing mid-map is how you donate a seven-point kill. When a round finally lights the control, How to Launch the Nuke is the page for the 15-second window.

Your first-hour success looks like this: code redeemed, one upgrade bought, one tunnel that reaches the other half, one flag attempt that you survived even if you dropped the steal, and a mental note of First Aid and Nuke on the HUD. After that, skip this page and live in Combat Tips and How to Play.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Underground War 2.0 players.

What should I do in my first Underground War 2.0 match?

Pick Red or Blue, redeem **360K** on the codes hub, shovel a path, buy one Cash upgrade, then try one flag steal. Learn the HUD before you hunt the nuke.

Where do I redeem the 360K code?

Use the Codes button on the left HUD. Steps and the live string sit on Codes. Redeem before you spend starter Cash.

Which upgrade should a new player buy first?

Stack one line: sword damage if you lose melee, gun cooldown if the sniper feels stuck, shovel speed if you never reach the flag. Use the upgrade planner instead of spreading Cash.

Do I need the rocket launcher to start?

No. Slot 4 is gamepass 49150929 at 350 Robux. The default sniper, sword, and shovel are enough for the first hour. See the weapon tier list before you buy it.
