Cash upgrade order for Underground War 2.0
Sword and gun first, shovel if you path, First Aid last, rocket only with the pass.
Cash is the only upgrade resource that matters, and almost everyone spends it in the wrong order. Underground War 2.0 lets you pour money into sword damage, gun cooldown, shovel speed, and First Aid speed. That is the full list. There is no published table of Cash per level, no official cap, and no “max all” button. Community players talk about weapon level around 200 and ~300% shovel/sword as late-game — those are reports, not a shop label. This planner tells you what to buy next, not a fake gold cost.
Scoring is how you fill the wallet: two blocks = 1 point and $1, kill = 7 and $7, flag = 50 and $50. Round wins add more. Redeem the live like-milestone code first — 360K as of September 2026, on the codes hub — then spend using the brackets below. If you are brand new to the HUD, skim Getting Started so you know where the upgrade menu is, then come back.
Priority at a glance
| Priority | Track | Who should buy it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sword damage | Almost everyone. Tunnel fights are the map. |
| 2 | Gun cooldown | Anyone who peeks surface or holds a perch. |
| 3 | Shovel speed | Diggers, flag runners, people who open nuke paths. |
| 4 | First Aid speed | After chip deaths, not one-shot deaths, are your problem. |
| Skip | Rocket | Only if you already own pass 49150929 (350 Robux). |
The weapon tier list is why rows 1–2 exist: Sword is S in tunnels, Sniper is S after cooldown. Shovel is A infrastructure. Medkit is utility. Rocket is A/B depending on the pass. Do not invert that list because a cosmetic skin looks better on the rifle.
New accounts (first codes, first hours)
Goal: stop losing every tunnel trade and every surface peek.
- Redeem 360K. That Cash is a jump-start, not a prestige skip.
- Buy sword damage until a stock enemy in a hole is a fight you can win, not a donation of 7 points.
- Buy gun cooldown until a missed sniper shot is not a guaranteed sword death.
- Do not touch First Aid yet. A faster channel on low health still dies to an upgraded blade. Do not dump into shovel until you have a reason to path (you are actually cutting a flag hole, not fidgeting at spawn).
- Play rusher in the corridors you can already walk. Playstyle detail is on the playstyle list.
Rocket: if you do not own the pass, there is nothing to upgrade. If you just bought it, still fund sword first — the clip on the weapon page is a tunnel trap plus sword finish, not a sniper replacement.
Mid accounts (you win some rounds, you still get deleted by veterans)
Goal: convert 7s and 50s into the two combat tracks, then buy the job you actually play.
- Keep sword and gun ahead of the other two. A mid account that max-fantasizes shovel while swinging a medium blade will lose the hole they just dug.
- Add shovel speed if you are the lobby’s path: flag routes, drop onto the nuke pad, collapsing a perch. If you never hold slot 3 except to fidget, skip it.
- Add First Aid only when you notice you die to chip (a sniper tick, a splash) after winning the first swing. If you die in one melee trade, that is still a sword-damage problem.
- Stop buying Robux cosmetics until these tracks are not embarrassing. Skins do not change cooldown.
Mid is also when people confuse Rank XP with Cash. Prestige does not buy these tracks. Ranks explains the gap; this planner only spends Cash.
High accounts (Prestige talk, long sessions, sweaty pubs)
Goal: fill remaining tracks without undoing the combat lead.
High-prestige lobbies feel unfair because sword damage and gun cooldown have been stacking since 2022. You cannot skip to 300% with a code. You can:
- Keep sword and gun from falling behind whatever you dump into shovel and First Aid.
- Buy shovel speed if you are now the person who creates the 50-point flag instead of hoping a random digs it.
- Buy First Aid so a nuke caller or flag runner can sit through chip during the 15-second window.
- Rocket: worth using if the pass is owned and you already win sword trades. Still not a reason to starve damage and cooldown.
If a lobby is all high-sword veterans, requeue. The planner cannot beat a 12-player public instance that rolled against you. There are no VIP servers.
What not to plan
- Exact Cash numbers per level. Unpublished. Anyone quoting a full cost-to-max without a source invented it.
- A fifth track. There isn’t one. Shop potions are timed boosters, not a persistent upgrade.
- Badge requirements. Welcome, Nuke, MVP, and Absolute Legend do not need a spend order. See badges.
- Secret Place. Place 9868504358 is not an upgrade dungeon.
Spend, then go play a round long enough to feel the track you bought. If the sword still loses, buy more sword. If you keep dying on cooldown, buy cooldown. If you never held the shovel this session, the shovel row was a mistake. Come back to this page when the next like-code drops; the order does not change just because the string went from 339K to 360K.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Underground War 2.0 players.
What should I upgrade first in Underground War 2.0?
Sword damage, then gun cooldown. That pair wins most pub fights. Shovel speed is third if you path or run flag.
When do I buy First Aid speed?
After chip deaths are what kill you. If you lose the first sword swing, more heal speed will not save the life. One medkit per life.
Should I spend Cash on the rocket launcher?
Only if you own pass 49150929. Otherwise that Cash belongs on sword and gun. See the weapon tier list.
Does the 360K code change this order?
No. It is a Cash jump-start. Redeem it on codes, then follow the same rows. It does not skip prestige or unlock rocket.
Is 300% sword an official cap?
No. That figure is community talk, same as Prestige 5 and weapon level ~200. Use it as a late-game vibe, not a planner target.
